FR\u00d6TEK operates globally with eight production sites worldwide. Our company was founded in 1985 by Dipl.-Ing. Bernhard Fr\u00f6hlich and his wife Barbara Fr\u00f6hlich in Bad Lauterberg in the Harz Mountains. FR\u00d6TEK’s headquarters have been located in Osterode am Harz since 1987.<\/p>\n

      FR\u00d6TEK development engineers look forward to solving our customers’ challenges. The direct and detailed cooperation between our development experts and the development and purchasing departments of our customers is a key to success. We also maintain close contact with universities and scientific institutions.<\/p>\n

      Our entire machine park comprises more than 100 injection moulding units with clamping pressures of 10 to 450 tons as well as numerous processing, assembly and testing machines. Copper welding is carried out with 13 welding machines. We use water jet and laser cutting, bending, laser marking, powder coating and punching for metal processing. We operate two electroplating lines and offer Zn and Ni plating of Cu and Al. We also operate a clean room production facility in Germany and China. <\/p>\n

      Of course, quality is our top priority. We have been certified to ISO\/TS 16949, now IATF 16949, since 2001. For product qualification, our own laboratory can take on the majority of validation tasks, occasionally supported by external laboratories. <\/p>\n

      Despite our recent growth and the fact that we are an OEM supplier to the automotive industry, we have been able to maintain our agility and speed.
